PRIVATE WEALTH ASSETS
The Private Wealth track is Crewcial's expansion into serving high-net-worth individuals and families whose investment complexity mirrors our institutional clients. This section houses two working documents. The Private Wealth Executive Summary frames the opportunity, defines the target client profile, and outlines the COI relationship model — read this first to understand the strategic rationale. The Private Wealth Pitch Narrative is a two-version field document: one for COI meetings with estate attorneys and CPAs, one for direct prospect conversations. Both require review before any actual use.
PWA Executive Summary
Internal brief framing Crewcial's private wealth initiative for leadership and consultants. Covers the opportunity thesis, the target client profile, the five structural value planks, the COI relationship model, and realistic phase-by-phase expectations through 2028. Includes input sections for SME investment philosophy — confirm with BizDev that those sections are finalized before distributing to the full team.
READPrivate Wealth Pitch Narrative
Two-version field document for private wealth conversations. Version A is for COI meetings — estate attorneys, CPAs, and PE partners — and covers the opening frame, the institutional-to-individual bridge, and how to address the referral economics question directly. Version B is for direct prospect meetings and walks through four differentiation planks with draft language and room for SME voices. Confirm finalization status with BizDev before use in any live conversation.
READMEETINGS & CADENCE
Three recurring structures keep this initiative moving. The Kickoff Meeting Deck is the Phase 2 presentation delivered to all consultants at launch — filed here for reference. The Roundtable Facilitation Guide is BizDev's operational manual for the monthly consultant roundtable: standing agenda, the receipts framework, attendance policy, and the advance submission template for consultants who can't attend in person. The Monthly 1:1 KPI Check-In Guide covers the agenda, scoring methodology, and escalation triggers for the individual check-in BizDev conducts with each consultant in the first week of every month.
Kickoff Meeting Deck
The 12-slide Phase 2 kickoff presentation delivered to all participating consultants at launch. Covers the initiative rationale, the three-track operating model, the KPI framework, HubSpot setup requirements, and the Phase 3 launch timeline. Filed here as a permanent reference — the slide content mirrors the governing documents and can be used to re-orient anyone who joins mid-initiative.
READRoundtable Facilitation Guide
BizDev's operational manual for the monthly consultant roundtable. Covers the five-segment standing agenda (travel debrief, field intelligence, recurring objections, content ideation, PWI pipeline), the receipts framework that closes every session, pre-session preparation instructions, and the full attendance and KPI credit policy. Includes the advance submission template for consultants who cannot attend in person.
READMonthly 1:1 KPI Check-In Guide
Framework for the monthly check-in BizDev conducts with each consultant in the first week of every month. Covers the four-step meeting agenda, the scoring methodology for each of the six activity KPIs, the four rating tiers and their bonus weight implications, and the automatic escalation triggers that apply regardless of overall rating. The HubSpot activity report is the source document — not memory, not impressions.
READTRACKING & REPORTING
Six documents and trackers — most of them BizDev-maintained, all of them referenced in monthly KPI reviews. The KPI Scorecard is the individual performance record updated after each monthly check-in. The Training Completion Tracker confirms Phase 2 readiness for each consultant. The Shared Content Tracker manages the full content pipeline across four tabs: ideas, primary contributor designations, roundtable intelligence, and podcast guests. The Podcast Guest Pipeline Tracker is a standalone version of that last tab. The Year-End Scorecard Template is the Q4 review tool with month-by-month data entry for all activity KPIs and a team summary tab for leadership.
KPI Scorecard
Individual performance record maintained by BizDev for each participating consultant. Updated after every monthly check-in with activity totals, qualified meeting counts, sequence completion rates, and CRM hygiene scores. The source of truth for bonus weight calculations at year-end and the documentation trail required if the escalation protocol is ever activated.
READTraining Completion Tracker
Tracks Phase 2 training completion and HubSpot fluency proof status by consultant. Required for the Phase 3 launch gate — no consultant enters Phase 3 without all five fluency proofs logged here. BizDev updates after each training session and presents the tracker as part of the launch gate sign-off.
READShared Content Tracker
Four-tab Excel workbook that connects field intelligence to published content. Tab 1 tracks every content idea from concept through publication. Tab 2 logs Primary Contributor designations for quarterly KPI credit. Tab 3 is the running roundtable intelligence log — institutional memory for what clients and prospects were saying throughout 2026. Tab 4 is the podcast guest pipeline. Updated by BizDev on the same day as every roundtable.
READPodcast Guest Pipeline Tracker
Standalone tracker for all podcast guest activity. Three tabs: Active Pipeline (proposals through confirmation, with status dropdowns and consultant attribution), Published Episodes (episode record with repurposing notes), and Guest Ideas Bank (proposals not yet formally invited, reviewed at each roundtable). Sourcing a confirmed guest counts as one quarterly content contribution KPI for the sourcing consultant.
READYear-End Scorecard Template
Two-tab Excel workbook for the year-end KPI review. The Individual Scorecard tab has month-by-month data entry columns for all six activity KPIs, a quarterly KPI section, automatic totals, a scoring calculator, and a notes block for reviewer comments. The Team Summary tab aggregates performance across all consultants for the leadership review. BizDev builds these out ahead of December check-ins.
READINTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
Two documents that served a specific moment in the launch sequence and are now archived here for reference. The Internal Launch Message is the all-hands communication delivered by the CEO. The Consultant Input Request is the pre-kickoff preparation form distributed to all consultants 48 hours before the Phase 2 kickoff meeting; completed responses are filed with BizDev. Neither document requires ongoing use — they're here so the record of how this initiative was communicated and launched is accessible in one place.
Internal Launch Message
The all-hands communication delivered by the CEO. Filed here as a permanent record of how the initiative was introduced to the team and what commitments leadership made at launch. No ongoing use required — this is the institutional record.
READConsultant Input Request
Pre-kickoff preparation form distributed to all consultants 48 hours before the Phase 2 kickoff meeting. Covers regional network mapping, outreach theme expertise, communication style preferences, COI relationships, content intelligence, and an open floor for honest feedback on the plan. Completed responses are filed with BizDev and incorporated into contact assignments and outreach theme development. Archived here for reference.
